Inspired by a powerful moment from Chapter 6, “Mask On,” this original drawing captures the contrast between the face we show the world and the struggles we carry inside.

Many of us learn to hide our pain behind a smile, a tough exterior, or a calm demeanor. This piece reflects that reality—the mask we wear to protect ourselves and the emotions that remain unseen beneath the surface.

Hand-drawn by me to accompany the story of They Call Me PONYBOY, I wanted this artwork to feel raw, honest, and deeply personal.
